Hi! I am Lynn. I am passionate about helping and empowering my clients to achieve more fulfilling and meaningful lives and providing my clients with the tools and strategies in facing their life challenges.
Having worked as a psychotherapist in various clinical settings (i.e. community, hospital, school), I have helped individuals from different backgrounds manage a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, and mood disorders. I enjoy working with individuals and couples to help them regulate emotions and behaviors, cope with stress and anxiety, build resilience, and develop healthy interpersonal relationships.
My passion is to help my clients move past what’s blocking them from reaching their full potential individually and in their relationships. I will work with the client to create treatment plans which will utilize evidence-based counselling approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and clinical traumatology approach. I embrace a client-centered and mindfulness-based approach and integrates interventions from different therapy modalities to tailor treatment plans to every client’s needs.
